Question 1

How does Tailormade Travel Experience help my agency increase margins?

Accepted Answer

The AI agent generates a complete itinerary draft, and your travel agents simply review and finalize it—reducing trip creation from hours to minutes. With this workflow, your team clears queued requests faster and your agency sells more trips without adding staff.

Question 2

Will the AI agent match my agency's tone and style?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. The AI travel agent acts as a "Digital Twin" of your agency. You configure it with your agency's tone of voice, sales strategy, and preferences. The AI agent also learns from your past confirmed bookings—understanding what sells well for your clientele and incorporating those patterns into future recommendations.

Question 3

How quickly can my agents create a personalized itinerary?

Accepted Answer

Minutes, not hours. Agents can either chat naturally with Taylor (our AI assistant) describing the trip in plain language, or use the guided Journey Builder for full control. Either way, the AI agent generates a complete day-by-day itinerary with accommodations, transfers, experiences, and restaurants—ready to present immediately.

Question 4

How does Tailormade Travel Experience find the best options for each trip?

Accepted Answer

The AI agent works in two layers—your inventory first, then the world. It starts by searching your own database: the hotels, experiences, restaurants, transfers, and more you've already negotiated deals with. These are always prioritized. Then, it expands outward—searching flights, local attractions, events, news, and dining options across the web to fill in the rest. The result? Every itinerary maximizes your revenue while still offering clients a complete, well-rounded trip.

Question 5

Can my clients create their own trip requests?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can give your clients direct access to Taylor or the step-by-step Journey Builder. They describe their dream trip themselves—destinations, dates, preferences—and when they're done, the draft is automatically sent to your travel agents. Your team then reviews, refines, and finalizes the itinerary. It's the best of both worlds: clients feel involved, and your agents stay in control.

Question 6

Does Tailormade Travel Experience replace my travel agents?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. The AI agent is a tool that empowers your team, not replaces it. It handles the time-consuming research and drafting, freeing your agents to focus on client relationships, customization, and closing sales. Your clients never lose the human connection—which is essential when selling personalized, tailormade trips. The result: faster turnaround, happier clients, and higher profit margins—with your human expertise still at the center.
